Senior Banquet 2019: Legacies, Ads, & Slideshow

① Senior Activity Participation Survey

Please make sure to take the senior survey so that we know who and how many seniors will be participating in all the upcoming events.

 

② Senior Legacies

(Previously known as Senior Wills)

DEADLINE: SUNDAY, MAY 19TH FRIDAY, MAY 24TH, 11:59 PM

  • Each senior is granted 1 FREE full page, additional pages are $5 each.

  • Format is the same as a full page ad: 5" x 8" Here are some templates. Some notes:

    • Please remember to put your name somewhere in the actual legacy so that people know whose legacy they’re reading!

    • Senior legacies must fit inside 5”x8” but will be centered on 5.5”x8.5” pages: 0.25” white margins.

    • Senior Legacies are printed in black & white.

  • Recommended Minimum Font Size is 8pt. You may go smaller if you wish, but keep the small page size in mind. We are not responsible if your legacy is illegible due to poor sizing choices.

  • Acceptable Formats: .pdf .indd

  • Turn in your Senior Legacy via google form using the button below. (If you don’t have a google account, please contact WMM and we’ll work out a different way to get your ad)

    • $20 - 1/4 Page (2 3/8” x 3 7/8”)

    • $30 - 1/2 Page (5” x 3 7/8”)

    • $60 - Full Page (5” x 8”)

  • Disclaimer: Please make sure your ad fits the appropriate dimensions. We are not responsible for illegible or pixelated images due to low quality image files. Ads will be printed in black & white. Please arrange and choose pictures for your ad accordingly.

④ Slideshow Submissions

DEADLINE: FRIDAY, MAY 24TH, 11:59 PM

  • Submit beautiful, embarrassing, funny, amazing pictures or videos for our slideshow!

  • Email all content to pce.wmm@gmail.com

    • The subject line of the email MUST say "Senior Banquet Video"

    • If content’s file sizes are too big, try uploading them to a google drive first and then putting a shared link in the email (make sure it’s public and downloadable)
