Moving Forward
Applications will be reviewed by PCE’s Executive Board (except Club Liaison) & Advisors (Jade & Nadine). When reviewed, scholarship applications will be anonymous to prevent the possibility of personal preference interfering in the selection process. The essays will be ranked on a 40 point scale (0-40) and the scores from each member on the panel will be averaged. Scholarship awardees will be contacted by Executive Board through email. Cal Poly ASI, Inc. and the Cal Poly Financial Aid Office will require the selected students to submit their EMPL ID to receive the award. If selected awardees have any outstanding balance due to Cal Poly, the award will be applied and any difference will be awarded as check to the student.
