Hello Friends!

I hope you’re all excited about Friendship games. We just received new updated liability forms from CSUF PASA and attached are the new liability forms. If you grabbed a liability form at the meeting please add the following information onto the back of the form titled “Release of liability, promise not to sue, assumption of risk and agreement to pay claims” or print out the new forms and turn them in! You may turn in these forms after the fee deadline. Just make sure you turn in everything.
